Orders, refunds, shipping and billing
We cannot help with these, and writing to us will only cost you time. We do not sell the product, hold stock, ship anything, or take payment, and we have no access to your order or your card details.
Those go to the seller you bought from. Their contact details are on your order confirmation email and on their own website. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder — order confirmations from direct-to-consumer stores land there routinely.
If you believe you were billed for something you did not agree to, contact the seller in writing first and keep the reply. Your card issuer is the next step after that.
Corrections
Tell us the page and the specific sentence you believe is wrong. If you are right we fix it on the page and change the "last updated" date. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong in public.
Privacy requests
Access or deletion requests go to the same address. See the privacy policy for what we hold, which is very little — we do not collect names, addresses or payment details anywhere on this site.
Press and business
Same address. Note that we do not accept payment to change what a page says about a product; the disclosure page explains how we are paid and what that does and does not buy.
