Questions people actually ask
Last updated: 14 August 2026
- How much weight will I lose?
- Nobody can tell you that, and anyone who prints a number is selling, not predicting. Results in this category vary widely between people, and a supplement is a small input next to sleep, food, movement and medication.
- Is this the same as taking a GLP-1?
- No. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs with a defined mechanism and clinical trials behind them. This is a dietary supplement. If you are on a GLP-1, thinking of stopping, or looking for something to take after stopping, that decision belongs with your prescriber.
- Can I just drink baking soda in water instead?
- The baking soda is the carrier, not the active part — so drinking baking soda water is not a home version of this product. It is also not something to do routinely on your own: it is a meaningful amount of sodium, and it can interfere with digestion and with medications.
- Is it safe?
- For most healthy adults, the ingredients are common in supplements sold in the US. But "commonly sold" is not the same as "safe for you" — berberine interacts with several prescription medications, and the base contains sodium. The overview lists who should check with a clinician first. If you take anything regularly, ask a pharmacist before starting.
- How long before I know if it does anything?
- Judge it over a tub — about a month — with the rest of your routine held steady. Changing three things at once teaches you nothing about any of them.
- Is there a subscription? Will I be billed again?
- This is worth checking carefully at the checkout itself, not here and not from an ad. Direct-to-consumer supplement checkouts frequently pre-tick add-ons, trials and memberships that convert to a recurring charge later. Before you pay, read every pre-selected box, untick what you did not choose, and save the confirmation email. If terms are unclear, ask the seller in writing before ordering.
- What is the refund policy?
- The official store states a 90-day money-back guarantee. The terms on that store's own checkout are what bind — including who pays return shipping and whether opened tubs qualify. Read them there, and keep your order number.
- Where do I buy it, and can I buy it here?
- Not here. We do not sell it, hold stock, ship anything or take payment. It is sold direct by the manufacturer, and any purchase is a contract with them under their terms.
- Are the before-and-after photos in the ads real?
- Treat them as advertising material belonging to whoever ran the ad. Individual testimonials, wherever they appear, are not typical results and are not a promise about you. We do not publish testimonials on this site for exactly that reason.
- Do you get paid if I buy?
- Yes. We are paid a commission by the seller when someone buys after arriving through us, at no extra cost to you. That is the whole business model of this site and you should weigh what you read here accordingly. Details on the disclosure page.
- Something here is wrong. Who do I tell?
- Us — contact. If it is wrong we correct it on the page and change the date at the top. Order problems, refunds and shipping have to go to the seller; we have no access to your order.
